摘要:
Novel KBaYSi2O7:RE3+ (RE = Dy, Eu, Dy/Eu) phosphors were synthesized through high-temperature solid state reaction. Dy3+ and Eu3+ had optimal doping concentrations of 0.05 and 0.10, respectively, and can emit white or red light under certain wavelength excitation. Under 394 nm excitation, the color of KBaY(0.)(95-)ySi(2)O(7):0.05Dy(3+), yEu(3+) phosphor turns from white to yellow and finally to orange region. KBaYSi2O7:RE3+ could be optional phosphors for near-ultraviolet chip-excited white light-emitting diodes. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
