摘要：
School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate innovative talents in universities. It plays an important role to break the constraints of their own development, and enhance the operation level and personnel training. At present, cultivating innovative talents has become an important way to achieve sustainable economic and technological development and enhance the comprehensive national strength. In this article, the author analyses how to cultivate innovative talents based on school-enterprise cooperation which may contribute to improve the innovative personnel training theory, promote cooperation of academia, industry and the business community to jointly carry out theoretical researches on innovative talents, and promote mechanism innovation of personnel training.
