摘要
This study presents the performance analysis of non-regenerative wireless cooperative network over Rayleigh and Weibull fading channels with max-min best relay selection technique. The moment generating function (MGF) of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the destination node is derived using the Weibull fading parameter. Using MGF, we also determine the lower bound value of symbol error rate and outage probability. Analytical and simulation results with regard to outage probability and symbol error rate are given under varying number of relay nodes with max-min relay selection technique to verify the accuracy of the derivation. The results show that increase in the number of relay nodes provides better performance in Rayleigh fading channel when compared to the value of Weibull fading parameter larger than two.
