摘要
A new transmission control protocol for video streaming over wireless-wired IP networks is proposed in this paper. The protocol differentiates the natures of packet losses and adopts different rate and error control strategies accordingly for video QoS control. Simulation results are given to show its effectiveness in reducing packet loss rate and increasing packet delivery ratio.
