摘要
Before the background of the discussion about the professional forces lack in Germany, small and medium-sized enterprises should find out special attention. They are concerned, often as a spine of the German economy called, by the phenomenon of the loss of knowledge bearers and bearers of experience equally twice. Figures of the institute of middle class research Bonn show that also during the coming years more than 70,000 enterprises are ready yearly for the handing over. This means that the very often managing owner from the enterprise resigns and his many-sided knowledge with him goes. If high specified experts abandon the enterprise, the consequences can become quickly menacing in the absence of reproached redundancy. How the timely knowledge transfer and transfer of experience can succeed in SME and which specific features on the way are to be taken into consideration there, are contents of the present article.
