EDUCATION IN ADMINISTRATION

The term administration can be defined as the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of an organization. On the other hand, management is the act of managing, directing public or private things. This article aimed to describe the managed processes that occur in organizations and demonstrate the concepts of school management. As a methodology, bibliographic research was used in articles, books, master's dissertations, scientific journals and Internet sites. Based on the methodology, planning, organization, execution and control were identified as administrative processes and as concepts of school management, technical-scientific and sociocritical. From this perspective, administration and management are essential in companies: for profit and in school organizations.
