摘要
In the era of knowledge economy, human resource is considered as one of the most important knowledge resources for organizations' success. To meet the challenges of international construction fields, efficiency and innovation of human resource management are needed in construction enterprise to be more competent. Its aims are to provide increased flexibility and effectiveness and to create a more competitive workplace in order to deal with the problems in construction. From the respective of knowledge management, human resource management in construction enterprise is studied in this paper. Basic concepts of knowledge management and human resource management are firstly introduced. Then existing problems of human resource management in construction enterprise are presented. Human resource is considered as a critical knowledge resource for a competitive advantage and its strategic property is highlighted. Starting with the problems existed in the human resource management, corresponding measures to enhance the efficiency and innovation of human resource management in construction enterprise are proposed from several aspects.
