摘要：

Based on the technology and concept of Web 2.0, this article proves the feasibility of PKM application under the Web 2.0 circumstance by analyzing necessity of PKM and bottleneck problems faced in Plat; expounds the advantages of Web 2.0 technology and concept demonstrated in settling the problems in PKM; application; designs Web 2.0-based PKM prototype at the last stage.
