The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the psychological state of the subjects of the educational process

摘要
The coronavirus pandemic has affected the entire population of the planet in any way and influenced almost all aspects of the life of modern society (economy, healthcare, education, demography, etc.). Pandemics in most cases cause great irrevocable damage to human society human extinction, harm to physical and psychological health of people, economic and social exhaustion, challenges in education. Students and teachers are the group of people who faced not only psychological outcomes of this pandemic, but in addition the stress of rapid transition to online/distance learning in a short time. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a rapid increase in the number of children and young people who learn online and not attend schools or universities. According to the assessment of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in more than 100 countries schools and universities were closed nationwide during the pandemic that affected more than half of students worldwide. Thereby, subjects of educational process faced many serious technical, social and psychological problems due to the forced rapid transition to distance learning, for which they were not fully prepared. The aim of this paper is to review current research of short and possible longterm psychological outcomes of the COVID-19 pandemic on teachers and students.
