摘要：
In this paper we will explain the PRESTA system. This is one of the information systems used in a methodology that leads the company to the use of performance management. PRESTA is used for the creation of the specific KSF-PI model of the enterprise, for the generation of a specific data warehouse, for the input of company data and norm values and last but not least for the generation of the BSC en its evolution scheme.
