摘要：

In this paper, we determine all simple block-transitive 3- and 4-designs on 28 points admitting the group S-6(2) as the automorphism group. Thereby, we found 15 new 3-designs and two new 4-designs with the automorphism group S-6(2) up to isomorphism. Some of these designs are self-complementary and resolvable.
