In the coming future, some problems have appeared in the fast-developing course of the commercial insurance in our country. For example, the market foam has appeared bigger and the product structure of the insurance is not rational enough. In this paper, we think that the information asymmetry between the insurance company and insured is the efficient which causes these questions to appear. We take product of profit sharing and product of pure insurance in the commercial insurance; calculate two different product's value and the ability to resist the risk before and after their discount in order to compare them. Then we open out the information discrepancy, which is hidden in the different commercial insurance policies. Therefore, if consumers can understand the key information in insurance clause, they can choose rationally. It will contribute to dissolve the foam risk of the insurance markets change the orientation of products in the insurance company and make the insurance market come up to the correct developing direction. In this paper, we give several suggestions in solving information asymmetry at the same time.
