摘要：
The significance of placental growth factor (PIGF) in tumor growth is still a matter of debate. Depending on the model, PIGF overexpression has been shown to result in tumor growth promotion or inhibition. This review article summarizes the most relevant literature data concerning this still unsolved important question. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
