The stockholding system is one land of combination form of the enterprise property. The modern, market economy is objective requests the state-owned. enterprise to carry on the stockholding system reform The stockholding system reform is basic outlet of the state-owned enterprise. reform. But our country enterprises stockholding system reform has many problems. If these questions cannot obtain the properly solution, the enterprise stockholding system reform will realize the anticipated goal with difficulty. This article elaborated the questions in the stockholding system reform goal as well as the reform exists, and proposed the countermeasure aimed at the questions.
