Raman spectroscopy study of the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-PbTiO3 system

摘要
The solid solutions of the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-PbTiO3 (NBT-PT) system were investigated using Raman spectroscopy as a function of temperature. The rhombohedral (NBT side) and tetragonal (PT side) homogeneity ranges were confirmed. For the PT-rich compounds, the tetragonal to cubic phase transition was derived from the similarities between the spontaneous strain and the thermal evolution of the Raman bands.
