摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced organizations to adapt their different processes to the dynamics of virtuality. Thus, in the specific case of the educational context, the remote presence methodology has been implemented with the support of the advantages provided by Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). Despite the fact that ICTs dynamise the different processes of organizations, it has been shown that they can affect the stress of company workers. This paper presents the development of a technostress analysis study applied to the educational context, taking as a case study an educational institution from Popayin-Colombia.
