Instability of waves in magnetized vortex-like ion distribution dusty plasmas

摘要
In the present paper, solitary waves in magnetized vortex-like ion distribution dusty plasmas are investigated. The small but finite amplitude, long wavelength nonlinear waves are governed by a modified Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation. The growth rate of disturbances to a solitary wave is obtained by using the multiple-scale perturbation method. The effects of the parameters of both the dusty plasma and the disturbances have been numerically discussed in this paper as well.
