摘要
In Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems. Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) destroys the orthogonality between the subcarriers, and hence introduces Intercarrier Interference (ICI). In, this paper, a Maximum Likelihood CFO Correction (ML-CFOC) approach is proposed to compensate for CFO. The ML-CFOC exploits the independence between the desired signals, and is based on a simplified Independent Component Analysis (ICA) algorithm. The proposed ML-CFOC approach is implemented successfully for OFDM systems over multipath fading channels without requiring a training sequence. Computer simulations are given, which illustrate the optimal performance of the ML-CFOC.
