摘要：
Beet soil is detrimental in all phases of the beet harvest and subsequent handling: lifting, storage. loading, transport, unloading at the factory, and washing. This makes it important to reduce as far as possible the amount of soil adhering to the beets. This article deals with the nessary measures to this end, such as field edge beet clamps and technical means in both field and factory, as well as the management at the factory of soil disposal and the legal requirements.
