摘要
Several experiments were carried out to study the behavior of Jales grapevine rootstock in vitro. Explants were obtained from nodal segments cultured in MS medium with 10 mu M of BAP. The effect of different culture media, positions of nodal segments, positions and sizes of explant leaf during subculture, and ways of acclimatization was tested. It was concluded that multiplication of Jales grapevine rootstock can be done in free growth regulators half strength MS medium through subculture of established plants in nodal segments with one leaf. Rooting occurs during multiplication, which represents an average index of 3.5 new plants per month. The acclimatization can be made initially in closed containers for three weeks, keeping plants for more four weeks under intermittent mist before taken to open air.
