Application of the Gray Comprehensive Evaluation in the Project Bid Evaluation

The accuracy of the bid evaluation method determines the tender work's success or failure, so the essential condition of a tender work's success is to formulate a scientific, reasonable and easy enough bid evaluation method. The method of bid evaluation decides the final outcome and the project's destiny to a certain extent, and it also affects the order of market economy. Therefore, it is necessary to research the bid evaluation method deeply. First of all, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the project bid evaluation. Through studying the existing problems and the characteristics of the current bid evaluation method deeply, it puts forward the gray comprehensive evaluation to appraise bid. Then, following the five principles, this thesis stablishes the index system of the project bid evaluation. Once more, this thesis establishes the model of the gray comprehensive evaluation and puts forward the operation steps of the gray comprehensive evaluation. Finally, through the typical cases it confirms the seientificity and feasibility of this method.
