摘要：

IT project development is risky job, and efficient data analysis is the key for the success of project. Firstly in this paper, the basic concepts of rough set are introduced. Then, the method of combing rough set and Bayes theorem are described, especially to explain the algorithms of data analysis. Moreover, an example of IT project is given to demonstrate the new method, and find the relationship among the risk factors, explain the main reasons causing the success or fail of IT project.
