Nonlinear conductivity of the layered BSCCO(2212) whiskers and dimensional crossover near the superconducting transition.

摘要
The electric field dependencies of the resistance for BSCCO (2212) whiskers in the vicinity of the superconducting transition temperature T-(co) have been measured. Growth of resistance under applied field is observed both below and above T-(co). Above T-(co), the results are associated with suppression of the superconducting fluctuation by electric field. The power-law dependence of the characteristic field E(c)=E((co))[(T-T-(co))/T-(co)](3/2) with E((co))=3 10(4) V/cm is found as predicted by the theory of nonlinear fluctuation conductivity for two-dimensional case. In the immediate vicinity of the critical temperature the crossover from 2D to 3D behavior of the conductivity is observed.*
