摘要：
A 47-year-old woman presented with low back pain for 2 months. Her CT scan showed a soft tissue mass in S3 to S4 vertebral bodies. The patient was subsequently enrolled in our Ga-68-FAPI clinical trial on tumors (ChiCTR2100044131). Increased tracer uptake was noted in the sacrum. Postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of sacral chordoma accordingly.
