摘要
Based on Landsat-8 thermal image data, temperature extraction model was established by cross-calibration method with MODIS Ocean temperature dataset in the area around Hongyanhe nuclear power plant. Along with field hydrological and meteorological data, this paper studied the distribution of temperature and the intensity of temperature rising of thermal plume from the Hongyanhe nuclear power plant. Temperature contours with 1 degrees C step, in different tidal state, and it's area information were achieved. Comparison with mathematical simulation and physical model test computation, the results shows that Landsat-8 satellite data could apply to monitoring thermal plume from nuclear power plant.
