摘要
It is considered that sustainable development is an essential requirement for building industrialization. Under the concept of sustainable development, from the view of social benefits, this paper evaluates the sustainable development of the industrial commercial residential building and its construction from: socio-economic impact, social environment impact, social inter-adaptive analysis and social risk analysis. It explores the establishment of a set of social benefits evaluation index system to measure the social benefits of commercial residential industrialization. This paper takes the industrialization's impact on peasant workers as an example. Through practical research and questionnaire, the status of peasant-workers was comprehended and the social mutual adaptation between the peasant-workers was identified in order to control and avoid social risks effectively. The analyzing will use SPSS statistical software was used to analyzed questionnaire. The preliminary analysis of the questionnaires suggests that: The majority of the peasant workers' education level is below junior high school. Work time is longer than 8 hours. Daily income is less than 100 Yuan. Labor intensity is greater. Under certain conditions, they are inclined to accept the pre-fabricated construction production.
