摘要
This paper attempts to explore the intersection of Asian American Culture and gender on leadership. This qualitative Study examined the lives of two Asian American women leaders, building on a previous Study conducted by Kawahara, Esnil, and Hsu (in press). Six themes from the previous study are found as well as two new themes which emerged from the two interviews. Limitations of Current psychological theories on intersecting identities are discussed.
