摘要
An ordered array of droplets is self-organized and each droplet possesses a PS kernel surrounded by a PMMA rim. The formation of a regular pattern depends on the initial thickness of the polymer film and the interstitial separation of the excavated holes on the substrate; a scaling relation has been observed. This effect suggests that a low-cost and convenient approach to generate regular polymer structures over a large area can be achieved. © 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
