摘要：

In late 2010, Li Gang Scandal and Mount Huang Accident became hot topics on China Internet, knowing from the minority to the majority, from the shallower to the deeper. The thesis is an analysis on the two events in the evolutionary process of public opinion and the characteristics of network public opinion, attempting to put forward the strategy of seizing the opportunity of the direction of network public opinion and guide the positive and sound development of network public opinion on the basis of respecting the netizen's right to speak.
