Analysis of Spatial-temporal Characteristics of Vegetation Dynamics in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2011

摘要
In this paper, 500m resolution MODIS reflectivity data from 2000 to 2011 were used to obtain annual mean NDVI of different vegetation types in Inner Mongolia to analyze its spatial temporal variation trends. The results show that: (1) NOW of forest shows evident inter-annual variation, NDVI variation of desert is not obvious basically and NDVI of grassland, shrub and artificial vegetation has similar characteristics, their inter-annual fluctuation is stronger than desert NOW, but obviously weaker than forest NOW; (2)Annual mean NDVI of different vegetation types are all weak upward trend in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2011, but did n' t passed the significant test at 95% confidence; (3)Inter-annual variation trend of vegetation NOW of different regions shows more obvious differences on the whole, area of vegetation improvement accounts for about 50.41% of the total region, significantly greater than the vegetation degradation area (about 13.86%); (4)From 2000 to 2011, vegetation significantly degraded area mainly distributed in the farming-pastoral zone in the middle east of Inner Mongolia, degradation in the northeastern part of Xilinguole League and east part of Hulunbeier league which is animal husbandry county is also obvious, therefore changes of ecological environment of farming-pastoral zone and reasonable regulation of agriculture and husbandry will be one of the key focused contents of coordinate development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the future.
