摘要
Non-Destructive Evaluation of Polymer Components by Near Infrared Spectroscopy. Modern polymer technology demands necessarily non-destructive, contact free and fast recording test method for quality checks in plastics processing and production. Raw material identification and its quality assurance is as important in that field as quality evaluation and management for semi finished products and injection moulded parts. Near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy in the wavelength range from 800 to 2500 nm seems to be a suitable test method. The contribution shows the principles and applicability of the NIR technique for describing the quality of plastic parts as well as for fast non-destructive and precise analysis of small amounts of additives in plastic resins.
