Digital Medical and Health Management Service System: system design and case study in Shifang City

Digital health has become an international research focus in recent years with promotion of several. countries in Europe and America, which has primary development in China, but a perfect digital health management service system has not appeared until now. This paper analyzes the characteristics of digital medical and health management service model, performs the design of regional digital medical and health management service system, including digital health management and service platform, digital medical system, and corresponding digital health service terminal. Based on these designs, we choose Shifang City (Sichuan province) as demonstration area for a case study to implement construction and operation of this system, which will provide digital medical and health management services such as digital medical, electronic health record management, health consultation, and health warning for people in disaster area. We expect to give an example of digital medical and health management service for other areas or cities in China.
