摘要
Objective. -Review of the different notational systems used in analyzing football. Current knowledge. -Football uses different notational systems in order to provide coaches with valid information allowing them to optimize players preparation. Prospects. -Football is still looking for a valid and reliable technology for its analysis. GPS technology can, in a near future, replace or complement existing technologies. No notational system is perfect in its analysis. But the combination of two or more systems can yield a better picture of the game. Conclusion. -No notational system can claim to measure all parameters of a football game. A combination of a video system and a high frequency GPS that is to be tested and validated presents a good potential for the future of task analysis. (C) 2010 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
