摘要
Combined with the water-cooled radiator thermal characteristics experiment system, the computer measurement and control system is designed, which is based on virtual instruments technology. The structure of the system and realization of software and hardware is given. To satisfy the control requirement, the control strategies of hot-water temperature in heating system and the air temperature in cooling system are designed and analyzed. The control system for heating system combines fuzzy control with feedforward control and cascade control to satisfy the different testing work conditions and higher stability requirements. On basis of traditional cascade control system, a new robust cascade control system for cooling system is designed. Finally, some test experiments are done to show the validity of the computer measurement and control system.
