Preparation of nano hydroxyapatite and β-cyclodextrin composite microspheres used in release of theophylline

摘要
Nano hydroxyapatite (HA) and beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) polymer composite microspheres and their theophylline inclusion carriers were prepared. The morphology of nano HA was tailored by Gly and theophylline release from the composite microspheres was evaluated in vitro. Nano HA and the composite microspheres were characterized by TEM. The average diameter of products was 350 mu m and the drug loading and drug encapsulation efficiency were 1.79% and 89.50% respectively. The drug release profile could be described by first-order release equation and Korsmeyer-Peppas equation. The composite microspheres of nano HA and beta-CD polymer have a special absorption effect of drugs with special group, which might highlight the research for drug delivery system.
