摘要：

Construction Project Management System-Application Service Provider (CPMS-ASP) is becoming popular because it requires minimal technical, financial, and human resources to develop and operate. This paper aim to introduce the application of CPMS-ASP to support Construction Project Management System studies so as to improve the implementation of Construction Project Management (CPM). It begins with an introduction to a Web-based Construction Project Management System (WCPMS) and the three options of implementing WCPMS. This is followed by a description of the major categories and special functions of CPMS-ASPs. The advantages and disadvantages of using CPMS-ASP in CPM have also been discussed.
