摘要：

The real estate industry has a very important position in China's economic development. The development of real estate development enterprise played an important role in China's steady economic growth in the financial crisis. The paper analyzes the phenomenon of credit which real estate development enterprises miss in the development, and establishes real estate development enterprise credit evaluation indicators system, and applies BP neural network model to train and to predict the model, at last shows that credit evaluation for real estate development enterprise with BP neural network model is feasible.
