摘要：

The developmental direction of gravure printing is to use innocuous substituting environmental friendly gravure printing ink, this is propitious to environmental protection, operation, and operator's health. This article introduces that in order to develop surface non-benzene plastic printing ink, how to test and choose the solvent, resins and pigments, which are the component of gravure printing ink, how to prepare ink sample using physical dispersing method, and discuss the factors which affect the quality of ink, such as the addition of different kind of additives and the condition of preparation.
