摘要
The dynamism of collective bargaining does not constitute a defining element of conventional regulation in the fisheries sector. It is a description, given the high average age of the collective agreements that make up the sector, but also a deduction, given the difficulties of representation - in an environment of permanent mobility - and of negotiation -to the rules of ultra-activity in the agreements-. The interest remains the same as in general collective bargaining, namely to specify wage conditions and working time limits, which in this case is oversized by a partial wage and a working day with attendance time difficult to compute. However, it is surprising that, in the face of the legislator's intention to modernise the sector, there is no parallel interest in innovating in conventional regulation, with a commitment to the technification and internationalisation of the sector.
