We consider the nth order nonlinear neutral differential equation of the form [GRAPHICS] In this paper, we obtain sufficient conditions which ensure that all solutions are either oscillatory or lim(t-->infinity)\x(t)\=infinity or else lim inf(t-->infinity)\x(t)\=0.
