摘要
in the past few years several dioxins and PCBs crises in food and feed have occurred and brought about a sudden drop in consumer confidence in the food/feed safety. Now it's the time to establish and evaluate faster and cheaper methods for analysing dioxins and PCBs. Therefore currently several bioanalytical and chemical analytical methods are available on the market as prescreening method for green/red light decisions and to reduce the numbers of the high costly confirmatory method by chemical analysis.
