摘要
This article points out that needs of some key stakeholders constitute of a logical system, which is important for the enterprises development, and a continual coordination is necessary for the equilibrium of this system. In order to win competitive advantage and accumulate growth potential, a corporation Should understand how these needs connect each other as a whole and develop in their levels. Obviously, if corporations fail to have a precise grasp of the overall framework of the stakeholders' needs, in other words, they ignore interactions among some basic needs, the evolution of the system is probably disrupted, and makes it possible to lose the stakeholders' needs for the corporations.
