摘要
A one-dimensional continuum model is proposed for phase transformations in ferroelectrics. The complete constitutive model is composed of three parts: Helmholtz free-energy functions to characterize each phase of the material, kinetics to control the velocity of phase boundary, and nucleation criterion to determine the conditions under which a new phase is nucleated.
