摘要
Background: At present, there are still some deficiencies in Japanese teaching in colleges and universities. The development of Japanese education is relatively backward, which is worse than English education in teaching methods and curriculum, which will affect teachers' cultivation of students' Japanese practical ability; Some students doubt their ability, which leads to Japanese learning anxiety. In this regard. According to the learning anxiety of Japanese majors, this paper studies the self-regulation strategies of college students. Subjects and methods: 130 Japanese majors were randomly selected as the research objects to understand their learning anxiety and self-regulation strategies, and analyze the causes of their learning anxiety. Record the relevant data onto these college students. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) was used to test the anxiety psychology of college students, and the random forest algorithm was used to evaluate the level of students' learning anxiety. Results: In colleges and universities, due to the lack of attention to Japanese education and the outdated teaching methods o f teachers, Japanese majors have more or less produced learning anxiety. College students with different learning anxiety choose different methods of self-regulation. Among them, the frequency of college students' use of social strategies was 2.69%. Conclusions: In the process of Japanese learning, some Japanese majors will have Japanese learning anxiety, which will be affected by teachers' teaching methods and students' learning ability. When Japanese majors have learned anxiety, they will carry out self-regulation. In the self-regulation measures, the frequency of cognitive reappraisal strategy is the highest, while the frequency of avoidance strategy is the lowest. In the self-regulation strategy, escape strategy is obviously not desirable, and escape cannot solve the problem. Teachers should guide Japanese majors, let them treat learning anxiety correctly, help students alleviate learning anxiety and increase their learning self-confidence.
