Green Controlling in Enterprise Management - Perspective of Reporting in Polish Construction Companies

Green controlling in modern management conditions is growing in importance; in general terms, it relates to reporting the impact of the company's operations on the environment. The main objective of the theoretical and empirical investigations of this study is to analyze and assess the applied meters and indicators of sustainable development within the framework of controlling and to build the path of their system to support management in this field. In order to achieve the intended objectives, the methodology of measurement of green controlling areas was used and leading meters in green controlling were determined. The value of the research consists in the presentation of the areas of environmental controlling of Polish enterprises and their potential to achieve the success of future results. Moreover, the postulated system of eco-controlling meters represents a new quality in information resources of enterprises for efficient and effective management of their activities.
