摘要
Airbrush digital control system is the core of the inkjet machine. Digital control system to PLC as the master, the use of high-speed counter on the servo drive to send the high-frequency pulse signal to achieve accurate counting, through the movement of coordination, real-time data transmission, nozzle drive control functions, servo control technology and spray atomization technology Combined to achieve high-precision spray printing. In the Prifibus network, PID closed-loop algorithm is adopted to control the current direction, speed and position parameter of the motor so as to precisely control the stretching distance and automatically adjust the spray opening of the spray nozzle to realize the even spraying of the pigment.
