摘要
Fault-tolerant control (FTC) is an active research field promoted by the increased demand on reliability, availability and safety of manufacturing systems. In this paper, an overview of the approaches for FTC of discrete event systems is presented. The focus is on automata and Petri nets, as they are widely used frameworks. The active and passive FTC approaches are presented and their application to different modes of the fault process is shown.
