Fusion of 5G Carrier Phase Ranging and 5G CSI Fingerprinting for Indoor Positioning

摘要
With the commercialization of 5G, the wireless indoor positioning techniques based on 5G NR has developed rapidly. However, limited by the distribution density of base stations, 5G-based indoor positioning methods are not perfect. Based on the existing 5G carrier phase ranging and 5G CSI fingerprint positioning methods, this paper proposes an EKF-based indoor fusion positioning algorithm. The problem of low positioning accuracy of a single base station is solved. The simulation results demonstrate the positioning accuracy reaches 2.015m.
