The paper presents two case studies to illustrate the complexity of repairing obstetric fistula (OF) with neourethral construction when complete circumferential destruction occurred. Using fictitious names, the author describes the personal. story and contexts leading to OF development and depression, surgical options, and the prognosis of repair.
