摘要
The AC Servo motor plays an important role in the accuracy and work efficiency of the CNC machine. To accomplish the multi-step precision straightening process, a flow motion design of control system is necessary. In this paper, the multi-axis control system for AC servo motors, which takes the motion control card, is designed for precision straightening machine. The logic and hardware design of the control system, as well as the control program design, have been implemented in this paper. An attempt is made to control the axis motion by controlling the speed of AC motors including variables such as the motor position, acceleration and other parameter. On account of the analysis and experiment of the system, it shows that the multi-axis control system not only has a simple operation, it also has a high accuracy and superior performance.
